Community Service Projects

The Sandwich Women's Club (SWC) works on various projects throughout the year. These include town events such as the After-Prom party, Letters from Santa, Special Olympics, and the Thanksgiving Day Run. We also liaison with Children's Cove, Safe Harbor Women's Shelter and the Baby Center to meet their special needs.

Fundraising

To provide much needed monetary support to various Cape charities, we run 4-5 fundraisers annually including a Dancing with the Sandwich Stars, Community Yard Sale, Touch-A-Truck, Family Photo Days and a Harvest Craft Fair. Based on the success of these fundraisers, we are able to distribute funds to such organizations as: The Baby Center - Sandwich Public Library - Sandwich Council on Aging - Safe Harbor Women's Shelter - Children's Cove - High School Scholarship Awards - Renissance Scholarship - Sandwich Food Pantry - Special Olympics Cape & Islands - Hospice of Cape Cod.

Social Activities

The SWC holds various social nights throughout the year such as a movie night, a wine tasting, a canal cruise, a garden tour etc. We also have an on-going book club that meets once a month.  For more information regarding any of our social activities or a copy of our latest newsletter, please send an inquiry to info@sandwichwomensclub.org.
